typedifferent.com Online Shop
With “typedifferent.com”, Büro Destruct runs an online font shop for high-impact typefaces. For its third generation, the online shop was completely redesigned and technically rebuilt from the ground up: a new look, clearer guidance through the catalog and a fully responsive layout – including dark mode.
Behind the scenes, Fontdue serves as the central shop system (website and data storage are kept separate) and is connected via a GraphQL API. This allows fonts, pricing and content to be managed centrally, while the website remains flexible in its design and easy to develop further.
The frontend was built with React and Remix and is designed for speed and clarity: lightning-fast loading, short paths from selection to checkout, consistent display on all devices and an interface that gives the fonts room to breathe.
